Is there really a free tier forever?
Yes. Every challenge, every stream, every category — $0 for individual practitioners. Commercial plans start at Community Tier (5-seat minimum) for organisations.
What are the official paid tier names?
The commercial plan names are Community Tier, Business Tier and Enterprise Tier. "Squad" is the free 5-person community team feature.
Can my team get a single quote across multiple products?
Yes. Enterprise Training + CTF Events or Training + AI Evaluation bundles go through the enterprise enquiry form.
Do you support national-scale deployments?
Yes. Government & Education runs a split-infra model: REACTOR generates on our side, delivery runs on your AWS / GCP tenant.
Is there a monthly option or is everything annual?
Enterprise Training tiers are annual contracts; the displayed per-seat-per-month figure is the billing rate. Event hosting is per-event flat, and the AI Evaluation API is month-to-month.
